Audio Issue with Presenter 360

I am having the same experience! But this is a new course just developed in 360. There are two slides that will not play the audio. I see the advance line moving but no audio. When I hit back it plays. Checked my settings, nothing seems to work. Interesting is that it does play in Preview mode!
