Audio missing in some Notebooks

I'd love to help you troubleshoot this! Let me ask you a few questions to narrow down the issue:

  • How many users/notebooks are encountering this audio issue (for example, is it half of the people who tested the course? Or maybe only one or two?)?
  • Are the affected users using the same browser to access the LMS?
  • Are all the notebooks in the same network?

If you can get a hold of one of the affected notebooks for testing, it would be interesting to try your course in SCORM Cloud (an industry-standard testing engine). Check out this step-by-step article!

If it works in SCORM Cloud, I suggest you contact your LMS for help troubleshooting, as it's likely on their end. 

If you still see the same behavior in SCORM Cloud, or if you want help testing it, I recommend opening and uploading your .story file through a support case here, so we can take a closer look at your settings.
