Audio Not Playing On Exported Video
I have a single slide with audio in the attached Storyline 360 file. When I export to video, most of the audio does not play. I can't figure out why. Can someone lend some insight. Thank you so much...
When you export to video, the triggers you set up to play the various audio files won't work. For audio to play in the video, you need to stagger the audio files on the timeline, as I did in the attached file.
Thank you very much! Your explanation makes sense. The other thing I did notice was that the quality of the audio in the published video was significantly lower than in an LMS file - even thought I checked all the volume/quality settings and they are right.
Again, I greatly appreciate the help - so I can move on!
