Audio not playing on layer

Are you able to double click the audio on the timeline, to open it in the audio editor to confirm that the audio is actually there?
Yes. I also deleted it and added it back. It is so strange. I have not seen this before (except once when I forgot I had "hid" the audio) but I double checked the "eye" is checked.
When I right click to preview that specific audio, it plays. When I click to preview the whole slide it doesn't. Also, it does not play when I publish to Review 360.
