Audio not playing on page load

I'm using Storyline 360 and text-to-speech for my audio with closed caption.

autoplay (without user interaction) of audio is restricted by all browser
with chrome, the browser decides whether autoplay is allowed, depending on the user and the domain where the website is located.

try in chrome the url about://media-engagement
here you can see your personal score for autoplay in chrome (same in MS Edge)
with firefox and safari there are different rules for autoplay of audio
