    I understand the audio in your custom block isn’t working on your iPhone and that the issue occurs across different browsers. I have a few questions to get started:

    • Did you add a Custom Block > Audio Guide, and did you replace the existing audio with your own file or use the placeholder audio?
    • Can you please elaborate on what happens when you try to play the audio?
    • How was your course published? 

    Please try republishing the course and testing again on the iPhone. If the issue persists after republishing, please let me know and we can continue troubleshooting!
