Audio qui sont coupés au début d'un slide
Bonjour depuis quelque temps (mise à jour décembre) nous avons des problème avec les audios qui se coupent en début de slide de manière aléatoire. Est ce qu'il y a une solution ou faut-il attendre une nouvelle mise à jour. D'ailleurs il y a un autre soucis, lorsque l'on duplique un calque qui contient des groupe d'éléments les groupe se dégroupe.

Regarding the audio being cut off at the beginning of the slide, this appears to be the same behavior discussed in your related thread. You can find Steven’s reply there, which includes a recommended adjustment that has resolved this for many users. If the issue continues after trying that approach, feel free to share a Storyline file so the team can investigate further.
For the second issue, where grouped objects become ungrouped when duplicating a layer, this is a known regression introduced in version 109. When duplicating a layer that contains grouped objects, the objects may become ungrouped, and an empty grouped object can remain. This isn’t expected behavior and has already been reported.
As a temporary workaround, you can delete the empty grouped object and regroup the elements after duplicating the layer.

Bonjours nous avons testé la solution préconisé, et ça ne fonctionne pas. ça commence a être urgent nos clients se plaignent et ils demandent une solution pérenne. Merci de nous trouver une solution
