Audio resetting to start when player pause/play selected - but only for client

I'd like to ask a few questions to help clarify your experience.
- Are you able to replicate the behavior in Review 360?
- Have you tested your course in an LMS? If yes, what were the results?
- Is your client running up-to-date browsers?
Additionally, I'd also like to test your course to see if I notice any strange behavior. Would you be willing to share a copy of your project file here or in private by opening a support case for testing? We'll delete it when we're done!
