Audio stuck in processing

I have been trying to upload audio files to multiple projects and have had no success. After the files have been uploaded they are stuck in "processing". I have tried on both Chrome and Firefox. V...

I should also add that this is also happening to my team members. Audio is stuck in processing.

    Hi Karen,

    I'm sorry you've hit this snag with uploading audio in Rise 360! We had a bug concerning videos, and tests show that what you see is related. I'd like to share that we fixed that issue today, and I was able to upload a sample audio in a Rise course.
