Audio won't play when I move to a new scene
I have a course with many scenes. When I move to a new scene from a menu I created in Scene 1, the audio won't play in Review 360, and the closed captions option goes away.
What am I missing?
It's working today. Must of been a glitch in the Matrix ;)
Hello,
Set the slide to "Reset to initial state" when revisiting, and make sure the audio is triggered "when timeline starts." Also, ensure each slide has its own audio and captions set up. This usually fixes audio/CC issues when jumping scenes in Review 360.
