Hi Michelle,
Great question! There are tons of accessibility checkers out there, including the ones you mentioned. However, it's important to note that there are many things that can't be checked automatically.
For this reason, it's a good idea to start with an automated checker—like WAVE or AXE from Deque—and follow up with a manual test.
Here's a list of other tools that you might find useful.
