Avatars will not download
I am trying to insert an Avatar into a ppt slide and I keep getting an exclamation point. Any suggestions on how I might fix this?

This sounds as if you are trying to put a round peg into a square hole. To add an avatar to PPT, I would first download it to a Storyline slide; then export the image as a standalone object. Then insert that in the PPT slide.
