Background Audio Compatibility Error in Storyline 3
Hi everyone,
We're encountering an odd issue when trying to open a .story project in Articulate Storyline 3. The error states :
"This project won't open because it uses features that aren't available in this version of Storyline. The feature is: background audio."
However, we've thoroughly checked the project and confirmed there is no background audio in it. We even tried adding background audio and then removing it, but the error persists.
Details:
- Original project was created in Storyline 360 (latest version).
- Issue occurs when opened in Storyline 3.
- No background audio tracks are present.
Has anyone else experienced this ? Any suggestions for troubleshooting or resolving this would be greatly appreciated !
