I'd be happy to share the workaround steps that Mark provided to Angela.
You can fix the problem by following the two options below.
1. Remove the audio before importing the video. This can be done using a video editing tool before adding the video to the course.
2. Trim the video using the video editor in Storyline. This way, only the animation will be included when the course is published, eliminating the audio.
