Background Audio Not Published

Thanks for reaching out! We've released a Storyline 360 update, Build 3.79.30834.0, which added background audio support for the published video output. Please check if you're running the latest Storyline update to enjoy this feature and other bug fixes.
If the problem persists and you're comfortable sharing your file with us, we'd be happy to investigate why the background audio pauses, skips, and stops when published. You can upload it here or privately in a support case. We'll delete it when we're done testing!
