Best discussion board solution for Rise in 2022?

Hey there folks!

Just wondering if anyone knows of a good discussion board embed solution where learners can reply to comments (like Reddit or something)?

I've checked out solutions like Padlet, but the UI is pretty bad and all comments just stack on top of each other with no hierarchy (unless I'm doing it wrong!?). 

Any ideas appreciated!
