Best Practice on using Narration for easier Learning
What is best practice for using narration in a Storyline training? I've heard some people narrate the entire course. I've heard some people say that's a no-no. I've heard some say that you need to develop a slide that will allow those who use screen readers to not read your narration since the screen reader does the reading for the learner. I've also heard narration isn't technically an accessibility feature. I've heard using narration intermittently can confuse the learner. I'm so confused, I don't know what to do anymore and what to advise my agency as a best practice.
Can anyone please advise how to best address this?
