Black line in Rise sidebar
Hi, folks! We just released a fix for the issue where users would see a black vertical bar in the Rise 360 lesson sidebar.
Please republish your course to take advantage of this fix, and let us know if you run into any more trouble!
Hi-
The black bar is gone, but not there seem to be several other glitches. On the 2nd section- the text comes in all on top of itself in random ways. The attached image is an example, but there are several glitches, such as the page starting to scroll automatically and hiding the header image on a given page.
I have refreshed the browser, cleared the history, etc. but it keeps happening. It does not happen in firefox, or seemingly on my phone. I published it to a website and it happens there in safari as well, but not in firefox.

sbeck@studyskills.netAttached it another example. This page was fully loaded. It cleans up once I start scrolling. I am wondering if there is a way to reset it without my having it to start from scratch.. It seems like it is just reading too many edits or something.

sbeck@studyskills.netHi there, Stephen. I see what you're saying! I did some preliminary tests, and it looks like turning off block entrance animations from the course settings helped. Let me bring this glitch up with my team. Thanks for bringing it up!
That helps, but there is still the scrambled text on one section. Also, I like the block entrances…
