Black screen on mobile device

Hi guys,

I have similar problem as other people when it comes to mobile usage of the scorm file. 

When user opens the scorm file for the first time in our course (see the attachment). This can be bypassed by clicking on the "X" in the top left, then the following slide will appear (attachment)

This doesn't happen to our other scorms.

    I'm not sure I fully understand the steps you described:

    • You mentioned they click on an X on the top left of the screen, but I don't see one on your screenshot. Is this X part of the LMS?
    • The black screen looks like it's supposed to be a video. Is this part of the content in your project?

    My first suggestion is to test your project with SCORM Cloud, to check if you experience the same behavior. 

    If you do, or if you'd like help testing it, my recommendation would be to open a support case here so we can investigate.

      Thank you very much. I have opened a case since the Scorm cloud seems to be not totally free - my file is bigger than the free storage limit... 🙁

      I'll wait for the sumitted ticket to be taken care of. Much appreciated.
