Blank screen after update

Sure I have seen this mentioned in the forum before but I cannot locate it now (the search function is awful). If I update my content and re-export it to SCORM, after updating the content on my LM...

The course has been updated from admin site but some of  our users already taken the course before update and now they are facing the same blank screen issue while trying to launch the course.

Any solution?

    Hi Imran! I would suggest opening a case with us here. Please include approximately when the original version was exported, when it was updated, and the LMS that you are using.
