Blank Space after Process Slide

After publishing my Rise course to web, and uploading to our LMS; there is a blank space that appears after clicking through a process slide. I removed the process slide and that fixed the issue, but the third process slide a few lessons ahead does the same thing. I kept going through the lesson, but eventually hit a blank page that had no direction.

    Sorry to hear that your Rise course is not playing back as expected in your LMS.

    You mentioned that the course was published for Web and then uploaded to your LMS. Typically, for LMS delivery, Rise 360 courses are published as a SCORM, xAPI, AICC, or cmi5 packages rather than a Web package. Can you confirm whether the course was actually published as a Web package, or if it may have been published as a SCORM package instead? Some LMSs can host web content, but this can sometimes lead to unexpected behavior, such as blank pages or navigation issues.

    As a next step, I recommend republishing the course as a SCORM package and testing the new upload to see whether the issue persists. If it does persist, testing the SCORM package in SCORM Cloud can help pinpoint if the behavior is LMS-specific.
