Block Users from Registering in Reach 360
Thank you for the reply, EricSantos! To make sure I understand, if I want to avoid any of my company employees being able to self-register, should I create a new group and add all employees to that group and ensure there is not a self-registration link generated? Ultimately I'm trying to make it where anyone with my company's email domain isn't able to activate as a user in Reach 360. Is that possible?

If you want to prevent all your company employees from self-registering, another possible option, rather than creating a group, is to turn off self-registration for your entire account.
But I think it would be best if we could take a closer look at your specific use case to make better recommendations. I created a support case and assigned it to our Reach 360 team so they can work closely with you on this matter. Please expect an email from them shortly.
