Blurred Screen recordings
I'm also having the same issue honestly. I've tried a few different things
- recorded screen in the same slide size as my course
- recorded and published as TRY steps, then exported to video and imported back again
- recorded in double the size of the slide size
All of it turns out just a little bit blurry. So is the only solution to just not export it to a video and put it in its own scene that just plays through with no "next/prev" option only pause?

Hi Jessica!
Sorry to hear you're also having trouble with blurry screen recordings in Storyline!
Like Tom, I tested the behavior on my end but didn't observe any overt blurriness. To clarify, are you viewing your courses on a 4K monitor? I have seen other users report quality issues when working with high-resolution displays.
Also, it would be helpful to see a screen recording of the issue as you're experiencing it on your end. Feel free to attach it here in the discussion or privately through a support case.

You are exactly right about the monitors! I did a test and that's it. I work from home and I'm a gamer (so they are fancy monitors). Once I went and previewed on my work laptop, it is crips and looks great.
Thank you for that!
