Blurry screen recordings

My colleague and I are having issues with screen recordings in Articulate 360. The recordings aren't very clear in both preview and when they're published.

So sorry you're seeing some blur. We've identified an issue in step-by-step screen recording slides where the recording looks blurry until the mouse click. After the mouse click, the screen looks sharp again.

- What are the dimensions of the screen recording?
- What is the Slide Size?
