Blurry screen recordings

My colleague and I are having issues with screen recordings in Articulate 360. The recordings aren't very clear in both preview and when they're published.
Do you have any tips or solution...
Hi Katie,
any idea if this gets solved soon? I have to start a series for software training - it's not exactly pretty software to begin with and mainly works with lots of text and tables. It's really distracting if the image keeps jumping in quality and there's no chance to hide that on my end...
