Blurry screen recordings

Hello My colleague and I are having issues with screen recordings in Articulate 360. The recordings aren't very clear in both preview and when they're published. Do you have any tips or solution...

Hi Ashley,

thanks for chiming in. I've sent my project to yout Support Team.

I'm actually exporting my project as a video, so it's just a regular .mp4 without any browser weirdness whatsoever. 
I know it's possible to rework this particular project as a video on a slide, but I really like the smooth mouse movement the step by step adds to it. And in the long run we definitely need the step by step testing mode...

      Hi Crystal,

      it's been some time since I've been in contact with support, but my problem's still not solved.

      Funny enough, the problem doesn't seem to be part of the project file, because the support team was able to publish my project without a hitch - while I've been getting a jumping image on my end.

      I really can't afford to wait any longer as I have several projects lined up that would need the step-by-step  recording. Would it be possible to send my project files to you and have you publishing it? That isn't exactly comfortable for both of us, but at least we'd get a good looking result.
