Blurry screen recordings

I still hope you're able to find a solution for this - I can avoid my jumping screen by disabling the screen recording action, but of course that also means I'm missing out on the actual recorded part like typing etc.
Since my "jumping screen" is caused by the lower quality of the screen recording action, which is technically a video, maybe there's something going on with video compression? That would explain why the support team was able to publish my project with excellent quality...however, I can't access video tools for the screen recording action and have a look at the settings. But maybe Jose can do something with that information.
Thanks for those details, Ina. I see that we were able to do a screen sharing session and discovered that using a lower screen resolution when recording helped your issue. Please feel free to reply back to Wilbert's email or to start a new case if you need more help!
