Blurry screen recordings
Hello
My colleague and I are having issues with screen recordings in Articulate 360. The recordings aren't very clear in both preview and when they're published.
Do you have any tips or solutions on this?

solved it with the lower resolution option. time to look at updating this so it works with all resolutions perhaps.

As long as you are on the latest build of Storyline 360 and are following some best practices, then you may want to reach out to our support engineers, so that they can take a deeper look into the issue.
