Breaking changes with Rise360 update
I wrote a ticket signalling that the new update with Rise360 is completely breaking our system. We cannot publish new content, and from what I gathered, our organization is not the only one impacted. Do you have any solution? Is there any news? Someone said that a new update would reverse those changes, is it the case?

Checking your Articulate ID, I'm not seeing any recent support cases related to this issue. Not to worry!
Are you referring to Review 360 publishing only? Earlier this week, our team identified a Rise 360 bug that prevented some users from publishing to Review 360 successfully. I'm happy to share that we've shipped a fix for this bug and this behavior is no longer being observed. There's nothing to install for web-based apps, as new features and fixes are immediately available!
