Bug hunt: I can no longer change slide navigation from Automatically to User in a whole scene - can you?
I import a PPT to Storyline and this always ends up with Slide Navigation set to Automatically. I believe I fixed this up to now by selecting all slides in a scene from the Story view (holding down shift and clicking first + last slide)
Then I click the Slide Advances drop down in the Slide Properties pane, but I am unable to adjust. The drop down simply does not open.
Is it just for me? Or am I remembering wrong, and you're not supposed to do it this way? I noticed it from this morning with the latest Storyline 3.56.26219.0
I can change navigation individually as work-around, slide by slide, but that is a LOT of work on 90 deck presentation.

I have had that happen, but it goes away when I restart SL.

I had a short discussion with support. Case closed without resolution as the bug didn't bother me again and we couldn't identify what causes it. I am sure it will return at some point, but I have no idea how to trigger it :(

There is no word on a fix because we have been unable to replicate it, and the issue seems intermittent for folx that experience it.
I'd like you to share your project file with our support engineers to investigate what's happening with your permission. You can share it privately by uploading it here. It will be deleted when troubleshooting is complete.

Thank you, Leslie! I've submitted my project files in hopes that it helps. It was consistently buggy from Friday, 1 October - yesterday, 5 October. But, of course, when I opened SL360 today, it was working fine. Oh, bugs... :)
