Bug: Preview in "mobile" mode not working
In Storyline 360 I have used one of the templates for Drag & Drop, altered it according to our needs and uploaded it to Review, and integrated into a course on Rise.
When I preview that lesson in a browser (Chrome in my case) and switch to the mobile mode (either landscape or portrait), it isn't even possible to start the drag&drop quiz, one only sees a black screen with a play button on it. Klicking on it does not evoke anything.
If I load the same preview on my smartphone, the quiz works as desired (although the black screen at the start is somewhat offset).
Thus I suppose the preview has a bug.

Sorry for the confusion! I'd be happy to share some insight on this!
Right now, Storyline blocks don’t work in Rise Preview mode, but learners will be able to view these blocks on mobile once the course is published. This article explains that in a little more detail.
However, our team has a feature request logged for this capability so I'll go ahead and include your voice in the report! We'll update this discussion if it makes it onto our Feature Roadmap.

I can confirm this is still the expected behavior for mobile preview of Storyline Blocks in Rise 360. I don't have any updates to share as our product team prioritizes other feature requests, but I've included your voice in the report.
