Hello,

I have this problem with the deactivated state which storyline creates automatically. When I put the beginner state on deactivated, the review shows two symbols on the button - the symbol from the normal state and the symbol from the deactivated state. The new state which I created works fine and does not overlap with the other state. What is the work around for this problem? Please help.

    What you described sounds like the issue reported in this post. I'm sorry to hear you're going through this. We'd be happy to help find a workaround applicable to your setup while we're looking for a more permanent fix. If you're comfortable sharing your Storyline file with us, you can upload it here or privately in a support case. We'll delete it when we're done testing!
