Hi Sally. Thank you for responding. I think your work is a beautiful solution to a complex problem. I wasn't criticising your coding - despite the simplicity of your example my brain is just not working no matter what I try.
I think Storyline is glitching its trigger monitoring of states on me. Also, triggers seem to be deleting as I create them.
