Build an Accessible Drag and Drop Interaction in Storyline

Thank you. I've revisited my design since my post and have now added in motion paths - I'm still not able to replicate it with keyboard strokes (ie I don't know what they are to select, move and drop).
If anyone could advise me on the keyboard strokes to select the item and move it along the motion path and drop I would be most grateful!
