Building an accessible assessment on Rise

Hi,

I'm using RISE to host an accessible PDF and a final assessment with 10 questions. During the JAWS test, I found the following issues with the assessment questions:

1. Question options are presented as a group. Before each option is read out, JAWS says "Group start" and repeats the question. After reading out all the options, it says "Group end". Is there a way to remove this grouping?
2. The assessment result is presented as a circular graphic with a pass/fail score, which is not ideal as JAWS might not be able to read this information properly. Is there a way to present the results as a text?
