Bullet color insists on white!
I have a weird bullet issue in storyline. It seems the last bullet in a list of items wants to turn white regardless of what color the font is! It happens with regular 'circle' bullets as well as with alphabet bullets. Anyone else have this happen? Do you have a workaround for what seems to be a bug (either on my machine or in storyline). I can't seem to fix it, or figure out why/when it happens (it's not consistent). Here are screenshots of two examples of this.

Hi Gordon, I find it depends on which way you highlight that line. I cannot remember which way I fixed it, either highlight from the left or the right and it fixes it. Hope this gets fixed soon

You are a genius Phil! If i highlight from left to right and then select the font color it fixes it. Thanks again.

I gotta say -- that is pretty strange -- nice to know the fix tho!

I am having the same problem, but when I highlight from left to right and then choose the font color, my bullet color does not change. Here is what mine looks like. Please help!

Hi Katie,
Are you able to share the .STORY file where this is happening, or reproduce it in a new file? I'd be happy to take a look.
In the meantime, you could also try inserting a symbol or shape in place of the bullet and use the formatting colors to match your text.
Thanks!

Hello all,
I am having this same issue and it is very frustrating. Highlighting left to right does not work. Has there been a solution to this problem since April?
Thanks!

I did just discover something...
- place your cursor after the last character in the wacky bullet point sentence
- hold the shift key
- arrow right once
This seems to select an invisible character (?) that is controlling the bullet color. You can then change the font color and the bullet symbol will also change.

Hi Julia!
Sorry to hear you're running into this issue. However, I did want to stop by and thank you for sharing that method. I'm sure others will appreciate it as well :)
Have a great day!

Julia: And then say "Three Our Fathers" and tap your left kneecap three times." We-heird, but you know what, Julia. It totally worked. Thank you so much.
