Change bullet color in Rise
In Rise, when I change the color of text to white, the bullets remain black. Is there a way to make the bullets the same color as text?

Omg. This was opened 2 years ago!?
Are we really not able to do that in 2020? Shouldn't it be basic text editor feature? When do you plan to fix this?
(Yeah, I need this to be fix, where should I sign for the "feature" request? And sorry for the tone but... 2 years for this, really? You were able to launch Rise.com during this time, where are the basic fixes in your roadmap!?)

For those who are still facing this issue, here is my solution:
Copy-paste the symbol ( https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bullet_(typography) )
Increase indentIt will have a bullet list look and you'll be able to add the colour you wish.
(Maybe this was already a known work-around but I did not read the 6 pages, so sorry if that's the case ^^')

Thank you @Joyce - this is a good idea but doesn't help with the indentation of the content when it contains more than one line of text, nor enables the animation that Rise produces on bulleted items.

Why has this not been actioned yet? Seems like a simple and needed fix.

To the Articulate Team,
If ever you decide to fix this problem, I hope you will include not just bullets, but numbered lists as well. And all type of formatting should be included, like Bold, Italic, Underline and FONT SIZE!
Hi JC,
Thanks for sharing your feedback! Would you be up for logging a feature request to tell us more about your specific needs?
In the meantime, if there’s anything else I can do to help, please let me know!

+1 for this.
A temporary workaround for this issue would be to use a text bullet ( • ) instead. Just copy and paste that into your rise course in place of the built-in bullet feature. It defeats the purpose of a quick and easy list, but it works well enough if your priority is on design.
This works well with wingding and webding character sets as well. An easy way to add some imagery into Rise.

Thank you so much for this! Our clients don't tend to buy the 'Articulate haven't implemented a solution yet' line, even when it is the truth!
Hi everyone.
I wanted to let you know that we're hearing the pain this is causing for you and your clients. While we're currently limited by the text editor we use in Rise, we are exploring some other options that may provide better formatting. I can't make a promise about a timeline for that change, but I did want you all to know that we're taking your feedback to heart!

As a workaround, I use the following: click the windows key and the period key together, a dialogue box will appear. This will allow you to add an emoji, kaomoji, or symbol. Choose the symbol group and add a bullet from the selection. It will match the font color.

How many votes does it take to get a least a larger than tiny dot for a bullet point? It does not match the dimensions of the check boxes or numbered lists.
Do not paint this either as a difficult to implement change that requires years of effort. The sizes of the bullets are changeable as CSS height and width for the class
.block-list__bullet
I can make these changes easily in my browser inspector but I cannot do this when my content is published. This is easily doable. Why it's not is a mystery.

All of the formatting that people are asking for in this thread can be achieved with relatively simple CSS/HTML/Javascript changes in the browser. Although the software changes the devs need to make will be a little more complex, it's a relatively simple fix in the grand scheme of things - as you've highlighted here.
It's strange that this hasn't been fixed in the three years this thread has been running.

Ah once again an issue that everyone is screaming to be fixed, but as long as we all keep paying the subscription they won't need to bother fixing it. And of course we all keep paying the subscription as otherwise we can't make courses. It's a catch 22.
Of course after 3 years of an issue not being fixed - its not really likely they will ever bother as its not stopped anyone paying. Or not anyone significant enough...

Hi Wendy,
My question was not clear enough, sorry. This problem occurs in Rise. Thanks.

So sorry JC I missed the forum was Rise and not Storyline.
