Button icon problem in storyline360
Hard to tell just from looking at examples. Button icons have settings for alignment and color. Perhaps the settings didn't get properly assigned to all of the states? So check each state.
If that's not the problem, well, then it's "unexpected behavior." In that case, I suggest you submit a case directly to the Articulate staff. You can do that here: https://access.articulate.com/support/contact
Thanks for replying Judy. I didn't change the icon in the states but I did try removing all states to try to pare everything back. Still had the problem and it seems to be quite random. I'll do as you suggested.

Sorry to hear that elements from your Storyline Slide are not playing back as expected!
I'm happy to help troubleshoot and have some follow-up questions to start:
- Are you working with locally-stored story files? Authoring directly from a network or shared drive may introduce unexpected behavior such as this.
- Have you tried performing a repair of your Storyline installation to see if that makes an improvement?
- Are you seeing this behavior only when previewing your course, or does it occur in the published output as well?
Also, it looks like CherylKent's issue was file-specific. Do you mind uploading an example of the behavior you're seeing so we can take a closer look? Feel free to attach a copy of your .story file here in the discussion or privately through a support case.
