Hi there
This is my first time on Storyline and I have justed created one slide and one of the buttons are not working like the other three and I am unsure what I am doing wrong. Button 2,3,4 work how I would like but Button 1 is not. Can anyone advise what I am doing wrong? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
Hello! Can you share your .story file with us so we can better troubleshoot? That's the same file that you work with in Storyline 360. I can tell that something is up with that button from your published output, but we really need to see the .story file itself. If you don't want to share your file here, you can open a support case with us.
Thank you Ginger, I ended up copying the other button and it seemed to work.
