call out appears obstructed

HI. I'm new to Storyline 360 and am trying to figure out why a part of a callout I added to a slide is being obstructed/covered up. I don't see anything on the timeline that would cause this. I've...

    Hello MarionBrozek​,

    Happy to share that we've just released a new update for Storyline 360!

    In Build 3.106.35838.0 we’ve included essential fixes and new features. One of the bugs we’ve fixed is:

    • Shadows were missing from speech bubble pointers.

     

    Launch the Articulate 360 desktop app on your computer to take advantage of this update, and click the Update button next to Storyline 360. You’ll find our step-by-step instructions here.
