Can a closing transition be created for a layer?
Hello Community
I have successfully created a fade-in transition for a layer, can a 'fade-out' transition be created, that is triggered when that layer is closed?
Why? The layer contains text that is superimposed over a video (that is displayed via a cue point trigger) the fade-in works as a 'gentle visual interruption' to the video. The layer contains an exit layer button, it does exactly that -exit the layer, however, it is visually abrupt and I'd like the layer to fade out...
Any ideas are welcome!

Set the layer to hide itself when the timeline ends, after say 10 seconds. Pause the layer timeline at 9 seconds. Create the objects with an exit animation. Create the exit layer button with a trigger to resume the timeline.
