Can a 'Manager' (versus Owner) see comments in Review360?
Hi. I am the Owner for a course and a colleague is a Manager. She cannot see the comments in review 360. She has notifications set to all. Any suggestions on how to resolve this? Thanks

Sorry to hear about the trouble! A Manager should be able to see comments, and if her Project Notifications are set to All Activity, she should receive emails for all comments and replies.
I recommend these initial troubleshooting steps for your colleague:
- Please clear your browser cache and cookies, then reaccess the course.
- Use Incognito mode to rule out possible browser extensions that may be causing the problem.
- Use a different browser; ensure your browser has the latest updates and JavaScript is enabled.
