Can anyone explain how to add Alt text and focus order to layers?

There is no way to see support cases you have submitted.

You would add alt text either in the focus order dialogue (home tab) or the size and position dialogue (ctrl+shift+enter)

For layers is the same as the abse layer, should work on a top to bottom logical sequence, aligning the layers with the objects that activate the layer unless of course it is modal and you have set the layer to prevent clicking below.
