Can anyone help me find this box?

I've attached a scene. When you click on one of the yellow buttons, a box layer appears on the right. The box doesn't line up with the original, it's dropped down a bit, but, I can't for the life of me, find the box to adjust it's position. Can anyone advise me?  Thanks
