Can I change a thumbnail on a video?

Right now it is showing a black screen, is there a way to add a thumbnail image from my video as the cover instead of a black screen?

Hi there, Jonathan. This isn't an option currently, but we're tracking this request. I'll tag this discussion for updates. 

In the meantime, some folks are using Replay 360 to add an image at the beginning of a video, and publishing to .mp4.

      Right?! This is a very basic ask. There are so many bugs/issues that have been out there for YEARS that have never gotten addressed.

    Any updates in the last six years on this? This is a baseline feature in most learning platforms. Not being able to set a video thumbnail makes courses look unfinished and removes a basic layer of author control.

    You've got six years and hundreds of threads worth of feedback on this topic. Can you clarify whether this is planned, or if it’s simply not going to be supported?
