Thumbnails for Videos
I wish there was a way to select a thumbnail for imported videos in Rise 360. I don't like that it is just a blank space with a play button.

I’m excited to share that we've released a new Rise 360 update that includes:
- Enhanced: Upload or generate a custom video thumbnail.
There’s nothing to install for web-based apps. New features and fixes are immediately available!

There isn't a way to edit the thumbnail for videos in Rise. We're tracking requests for this feature and I'll add you to the list. In the meantime, if you want a specific image to be displayed as your video thumbnail. You can use any video editing tool, and add your desired image to the start of the video. I hope this helps!
I echo ShellyWilliams with the option to select a thumbnail for videos in Rise. Any updates on this given that it's been over two years since this issue was raised.
