Can I change a thumbnail on a video?
Right now it is showing a black screen, is there a way to add a thumbnail image from my video as the cover instead of a black screen?

I have tried all of the suggestions to get a preview image to show instead of the black screen when I upload a video. The sample content for Articulate Rise courses shows a preview image. How can I get it to look like that?
