Can I make the Rise course title in the Rise library different than the first heading/course title in Rise?
Some context for this question: Our team shares content and Rise courses with another team. We usually duplicate the course, then rename it to something like "EduCopy_<course title>". When the other team starts to use the course, they remove "EduCopy" from the course title. This results in multiple courses with the same titles, but owned and used by different teams. Both teams share the same Rise library, so we all see multiple courses with the same name. Is there a way to make the course title that appears in the Rise library different than the first heading/course title in the Rise course?
We could add the team title or something like that to the Rise course title, but we'd prefer not to do that, as that won't make sense to our audiences.
Thanks in advance!

HI Denise,
Rise doesn't have this feature.
What is needed is an internal working title that is different than the published course title.
What we also need is an area where we can leave developer version notes that are not visible to students.

I agree. Sometimes we need to have a naming convention and the current way it works doesn't support it. We need the ability to do this and not affect the course title.

Hi folks! There isn't an option in Rise to customize how the course title is displayed in the library. If you're looking for a way to add developer notes in your course that aren't visible to learners, here's a solution shared by a member of the community that might help:
