can i use Animated GIF Image in Storyline ???

Strange,

When I drag my gif file into the web browser it works. I used photoshop to export it.
But your file works. I have to trouble shoot the Gif file on my end.

I figured out what the problem was. I forgot to add frame delay time in photoshop which resolved the  problem. Gif really ills the quality.  Thanks for the help.

Yes but the graphic is very poor so I replaced it with video, then realized I can't do the hover effects I want to. I have shared it here if you guys can think you can help. Else I have moved on to place a static image.

I have the same issue discussed here.

AS Ahssan, I have exported an animated gif using Photoshop CC. It works well on a web browser and powerpoint.

When I import the file on storyline 2, I only get an static image. I don't get any error message. I have checked the delay time and it seems to be ok. 

Sadly, I cannot share the file.

What can I do?

Thanks for reaching out and letting us know what you are experiencing with your gif.

I was able to identify an issue we have reported surrounding high-resolution gifs. A workaround listed is to reduce the resolution or quality of the gif, and I've also seen reducing the size to be a solution for some customers. Hopefully one of those will be able to help you out as well.

I was trying to import a high-resolution gif in the storyline and seems like it is still not possible. Did we find any other solution for this?

I really don't want to decrease the resolution for my gif. Or can you help me with the settings I need to export gifs from Photoshop without losing the quality?
