Can not move the mouse cursor

- On the slides where you can't move the cursor, is the Mouse Cursor item showing on the timeline? See below:
- Which mode are you using for the Screen recording (Try mode, Test Mode, View Mode)?
- Can you share the .story file either publicly here or privately through a support case so we can investigate what's happening?
